Reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful at the pickford lane surgery , never get an appointment on time and the repeat prescriptions service is a joke!! Never do you get your prescriptions back on time. Certain Drs, mainly Dr fish and Dr datta are uncaring and rush your appointments without a care and not listening to problems. Both these Drs have previously given me wrong information and advice which has been detrimental on my health.

I saw Dr K Mahna. He saw me as an emergency/extra patient and was very kind, helpful and professional. There are also a few other Doctors new to this surgery who are also very nice. The Nursing team is lovely too. I am happy with this surgery
